Pre-printed forms, physical filing, and constant change

DHL dispatches for many different types of clients, each with their own document requirements. Those documents change and update constantly. In the old system, all transport documents were filled out by hand on special, pre-printed forms that then needed physical filing. That process had to go.

Next now makes DHL’s 12 million documents accessible in digital format. Employees locate and download the documents they need from wherever they are.
