Nextway welcomes Charlotte Møller Andersen as CFO

Nextway Software is excited to announce that Charlotte Møller Andersen has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her appointment is an important step in the company’s growth journey under its new majority shareholder, Main Capital Partners.

Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in different financial positions. She most recently served as CFO at Cryptomathic from 2016 to 2024. Previously, she held strategic roles at Arla Foods, and before that PwC. Furthermore, she has been a board member at DI Digital and Security Tech Space.

As CFO, Charlotte will be responsible for leading Nextway’s Finance and Administration functions, with focus on areas as financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, as well as optimizing processes and tools. Her expertise will also support Nextway’s acquisition strategy and the integration of new businesses as the company expands.
